I. Core Functions
Prepare high light transmittance functional film layers

The equipment can precisely control the thickness of the film layer (usually 1 to 5μm) and density. The prepared oxide film layers such as SiO₂ and TiO₂ have a light transmittance of ≥92%, which not only does not affect the lighting effect of car lamps but also forms a surface protective barrier to prevent the substrate from aging and yellowing due to ultraviolet radiation.

Enhance the adhesion between the film layer and the base material of the vehicle lamp

Integrated plasma pretreatment module. Before coating, argon plasma is used to bombard the surface of the vehicle lamp to remove oil stains and weak boundary layers, and activate the substrate surface. Some devices support gradient film layer deposition (such as a bottom thickening layer + a surface wear-resistant layer), which enables the film layer adhesion to reach the 0-level standard of the 100-grid test, meeting the usage environment of outdoor bumpy roads and alternating high and low temperatures for automobiles.
