Complete automated system for metal coating on plastics, glass, and other substrates with integrated plasma cleaning and protective oxide film coating.
Equipment Overview
This fully automatic heating wire evaporation coating equipment performs metal coating on plastic and glass surfaces while directly applying an oxide protective film (SiOx) over the plated metal film. The process occurs entirely within the vacuum chamber through automated stages including low vacuum exhaust, electric arc bombardment pretreatment for surface activation, high vacuum exhaust (10-5 Pa), aluminum evaporation coating, and anti-oxidation film coating to prevent aluminum film oxidation and detachment.
Applications
Suitable for stainless steel, glass, plastic, automotive lamps, car accessories, car logos, hubs, and various industrial components.
