Structure
  • Pre-treatment unit: This unit is mainly responsible for cleaning the surface of the automotive glass substrate, removing impurities such as oil stains, dust and moisture, to avoid affecting the adhesion of the film layer.
  • Vacuum system: The core is composed of magnetic levitation molecular pumps, dry pumps, etc., which are used to reduce the pressure in the coating chamber to a high vacuum state of 10⁻³ - 10⁻⁵Pa.
  • Coating chamber: As the core unit, it is equipped with multiple target materials inside, and behind the target materials are adjustable magnetic rods supported by aluminum profiles.
  • Transmission and control system: It adopts a transmission platform controlled by servo motors, combined with an integrated intelligent control system of PLC and MES.
  • Post-processing unit: It covers cooling, inspection and cutting modules.
Working principle
  • Creating a vacuum environment - generating plasma - magnetic field confinement and ion bombardment - film deposition.

Application
Automobile windshield:

Coated with Low-E film layer to achieve heat insulation and energy conservation, reduce air conditioning energy consumption, and at the same time lower the glare from strong external light, improving the clarity of driving vision. Some high-end models are also coated with anti-fog and anti-frost related film layers to ensure driving safety in low-temperature or high-humidity environments.

Automobile rearview mirror:

Coated with a high-reflective Cr film layer and combined with an anti-oxidation protective layer, it is made into an intelligent anti-glare rearview mirror. The reflectivity can be adjusted according to the intensity of the light from behind, avoiding the dazzling strong light from the vehicles behind when driving at night and enhancing driving safety.

In-vehicle display glass:

For the glass used in automotive central control screens, head-up displays (HUDs), etc., conductive film layers such as ITO and anti-reflective film layers are coated. This not only ensures touch sensitivity but also reduces screen reflection, allowing drivers to clearly see the display content in different lighting conditions.

Window glass:

Sunshade and heat insulation film layers are coated on the side and rear Windows, which can effectively block the near-infrared heat of the sun, lower the temperature inside the vehicle, enhance driving and riding comfort, and at the same time slow down the aging speed of the interior due to sun exposure.
