Working Principle

Magnetron Sputtering Process
In a vacuum chamber, magnetic fields confine electron movement, ionizing inert gases like argon to generate plasma. This plasma bombards target materials, sputtering atoms/ions that form coating particles.
Continuous Winding Process
Substrates are continuously transported through the sputtering zone via precision unwinding and guide roller systems. Sputtered particles deposit uniformly on the substrate surface, with finished products collected through automated winding systems.
