1. Performance Enhancement: After coating, the surface hardness of plastics increases to 2-6H (depending on the target material), enabling scratch resistance and fingerprint resistance. It also enhances weather resistance (UV resistance, moisture and heat resistance) and chemical corrosion resistance (solvent resistance, sweat resistance).


2. Appearance Upgrading: It can achieve metallic textures (e.g., aluminum, chrome, titanium colors), colorful effects (e.g., gold, gunmetal gray, blue), or transparent conductive layers, meeting the demand for high-end appearances in industries such as 3C and automotive.

1. Vacuum Environment Construction: The ultimate vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber can reach 5×10⁻⁴Pa, eliminating air impurities and ensuring film purity and adhesion.


2. Low-Temperature Sputtering Design: By adjusting the sputtering power and target-substrate distance, the substrate temperature is controlled at 60-120°C to avoid plastic deformation or aging.


3. Multi-Target Compatibility: It supports metal targets (aluminum, chromium, titanium), alloy targets (stainless steel color), and compound targets (ITO transparent conductive layer, TiO₂ wear-resistant layer), enabling single-layer or multi-layer composite coating.


4. Substrate Pretreatment: Some models integrate a plasma cleaning module to remove oil and impurities from the plastic surface, improving film adhesion (peel strength ≥5N/25mm).
