Evaporative winding coating equipment is an efficient and continuous evaporativecoating equipment aimed at rapid and mass production.The equipment adopts a continuous wire feeding method,and the deposition process is achieved by heating and evaporating the coating material through a crucible.


The equipment adopts resistance heating evaporation method to achieve coating,which has the advantages of simple operation,high production efficiency,and large production capacity.This series of equipment has multiple models and specifications,and the substrate width that can be plated ranges from 600mm to 3850mm.


1. Applicable Flexible Substrates

Covers a wide range of flexible materials with tailored compatibility:
  • Organic films: PET (heat-resistant, high mechanical strength), BOPP (high transparency, low moisture absorption), CPP (good heat-sealability), PEN (excellent chemical resistance), PC (impact-resistant), PE (flexible, corrosion-resistant)
  • Fiber fabrics: Woven/non-woven fabrics for decorative or functional textile coating
  • Paper rolls: Industrial-grade paper for packaging, printing, or specialty surface treatment


2. Depositable Film Layers & Core Functions

Two major types of films with targeted performance:
  • Metal films: Al (aluminum, for light shielding, oxygen barrier, & metallic luster), Cu (copper, for electrical conductivity), Sn (tin, for corrosion resistance & low toxicity)
  • Compound functional film: Zinc sulfide (ZnS, for high barrier properties against water vapor/oxygen, & enhanced optical transparency)
