- Adopts advanced multi-way air intake system, precise control of gas flow, meet the needs of compounds film coating.
- Loading unipolar pulsed bias power supply, greatly improve the charged partcles energy and achieve excellent film adhesion and finish. Newly developed intelligent PLC program and HMI, to make coating operations becomes more quickly and easily.
TECHNICAL CONFIGURATION
- Chamber structure: vertical front door structure, rear vacuum system, material for vacuum chamber adopts high quality SUs304 stainless steel.
- Arc source: equipped with multiple sets multi-arc power according to the size of machine.
- Multi-Arc target: equipped with multiple sets of titanium or stainless steel target as standard configuration.
- Rotating system: Planetary rotation and revolution, frequency control.
- Vacuum system: Diffusion pump(molecular pump is optional)+Roots pump +Mechanical pump +Rotary vane pump(cryogenic pump is optional).
- Gas control: multi way sevenstar mass flow controller.
- Bias Power Supply: Single-stage pulse bias power supply.
- Heating system: Controllable and adjustable from room temperature to 350℃ system(PID temperature control).
- control mode: manual operation+semiautomatic+automatic Integraton screen HMI+PLC.
