It realizes one-time double-sided copper film plating on the surface of PET/PP plastic films with a thickness of 3.0-4.5μm and a width of 600-1650mm, forming a "PVD copper - polymer support layer - PVD copper" sandwich structure. The equipment process speed is 0.5-30m/min.

 

Ultra-thin composite copper foil is a new type of negative electrode material for lithium battery current collectors. Compared with traditional electrolytic copper foil, composite copper foil has the advantages of low cost, high safety and high energy density. Lithium batteries are developing towards higher energy density and higher safety, while lithium battery copper foils are developing towards thinner, microporous, higher tensile strength and higher elongation.

 

Ultra-thin composite copper foil is a new type of lithium battery copper foil material made of the "PVD copper - polymer support layer - PVD copper" sandwich structure. A 20-70nm copper film is plated on both sides of substrates such as PET/PP with a thickness of 3-4.5µm by means of magnetron sputtering, with a sheet resistance of about 0.5-2Ω, so as to realize the metallization of the film surface. Then, the copper film is thickened to 1µm by chemical electroplating. The 6-8μm composite copper foil can replace the 4.5-9μm electrolytic copper foil.
