Basic information of the equipment

- Flexible configuration: Multiple structural target positions are reserved, and it can be optionally equipped with magnetron sputtering system, cathode arc system, electron beam evaporation system, resistance evaporation system, CVD/PECVD, ion source, bias voltage system, heating system, three-dimensional fixture, etc., to meet different needs.
- Performance advantages: The coated film layer has strong adhesion and high density, which can effectively improve the salt spray resistance, wear resistance and surface hardness of the product, and is suitable for the preparation of high-performance film layers.
Applicable scenarios and materials
- Main uses: It is used in experimental research in various universities and research institutions to prepare elemental metal layers (such as titanium, chromium, silver, copper) or metal compound film layers (such as TiN, TiCN, TiC, TiO₂, TiAlN, CrN, ZrN, CrC, etc.).
- Materials that can be plated: Supports various substrates such as stainless steel, water-plated hardware parts, plastic parts, glass, ceramics, etc.
