Customized Working Principle: Plastic-Friendly PVD Process​


1.Custom Preprocessing:​

For low-surface-energy plastics (e.g., PP): Low-temperature plasma (10–30℃) bombards the surface to create micro-pores, increasing adhesion.​
For heat-sensitive plastics (e.g., ABS): Water-cooled workpiece racks maintain surface temperature ≤70℃ during preheating.​


2.Low-Temperature Sputtering:​

Customized low-power sputtering (500W–2kW per target) reduces plasma heat generation; argon gas flow is adjusted to 10–20 sccm to slow deposition (avoids local overheating).​
For reactive coatings (e.g., TiN): Reactive gas (N₂) is injected in small pulses to control reaction heat, preventing plastic deformation.​


3.Controlled Cooling:
